Thank you for your purchase.

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@quartback.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Notification of deal cancellation: The consumer can cancel the deal on the Quarterback device through the Quarterback website. There may be cases where the consumer would prefer to cancel the deal in other ways, so Quarterback also allows canceling the deal through the following ways:

A telephone call or a verbal message at the place of business.

Sending a cancellation notice by registered mail. Sending a cancellation notice by email. In these cases, the consumer will specify his name, identification number (identity card), and an additional identification number, if any, in accordance with the agreement with Quarterback at the time of the contract.

 

Cancellation period: The consumer must notify the cancellation of the transaction by one of the methods listed above within 14 days from the date of receipt of the device or from the date of receipt of the details of the transaction, whichever is later. Returning the device: If the consumer cancels the transaction on the quarterback device, the device must be returned to the quarterback in its original condition and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice. Refund: After returning the device, Quarterback will return the money to the consumer within 14 days from the day of receiving the device back or from the day of the cancellation notice, whichever is later.

 

Cancellation fees: If the cancellation was made because the consumer regretted and decided to cancel the transaction, they may receive a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee is defined in accordance with Israeli law and is 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Product defect or non-conformity: If the cancellation is made due to a defect or discrepancy between the product or service and the details provided to the consumer, or due to any breach of the contract by Quarterback such as failure to deliver the product or service at the time specified in the contract, there is no cancellation fee. The terms and conditions in this matter will be decided according to the consumer protection regulations.
